Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
