Most photographs are our own.

Some images are refined using AI-assisted tools to adjust lighting, backgrounds, composition, or to help visualise flavour notes that are difficult to capture in a photograph alone.

We use these tools in the same way we use roasting software, colour grading, or design: as instruments that help us communicate more clearly.

What matters most remains unchanged — the coffee itself, where it comes from, and the people behind it.
